Winter, 1993
For Community Bank (Lexington, Kentucky), Rona designed and led sessions with middle management, senior management, and board members to build a foundation for a participative management structure. For a significant number of the participants in these sessions, the experience of contributing to "big picture" thinking and analysis was a new one. In particular, people benefitted from working across levels of the Bank's hierarchy.
