Education Foundation of State Bank SupervisorsSeptember, 1999The Education Foundation of State Bank Supervisors (EFSBS) is the primary source of state bank examiner training and education. In the fall of 1999 Rona provided guidance and facilitation on the creation of a new approach to the delivery of advanced training for bank regulators and financial institution professionals. Through innovative partnerships and delivery mechanisms, EFSBS intends to meet the unfolding learning needs of bank regulators as the whole institution of banking is reinvented. Rona introduced the EFSBS board and staff to the Technology of Participation (ToPTM) developed by the Institute for Cultural Affairs (ICA). |
