Kentucky Educational Collaborative for State Agency Children (KECSAC)
2005-2006
In 2005, the Kentucky Educational Collaborative for State Agency Children (KECSAC) engaged RKI to carry out an legislatively mandated evaluation of its organization. KECSAC is a $10M state initiative dedicated to helping local school districts provide a
quality education to at-risk youth served in programs operated, funded by, or
contracting with the Kentucky Cabinets for Justice, Health and Family Services
and Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services. KECSAC serves more than 16,000 Kentucky children.
