Kentucky Utilities1994 – 1997Kentucky Utilities (KU) provides electricity to more than 450,000 customers in 77 Kentucky counties and 5 counties in southwest Virginia. RKI has conducted several series of focus groups for KU. These studies sought information on such issues as customer opinions of the company, the possibilities for branding KU products and services, and employee views of corporate communication and organizational change.
