Kentucky Teacher Data System Improvement Project

The Kentucky Teacher Data System Improvement Project involved a diverse group of representatives from agencies or workgroups with an interest in the effective functioning of the data system within the Kentucky Department of Education and its links to other related databases. Steve assisted with the design and facilitated a set of meetings for a Steering Committee composed of these representatives. The Steering Committee developed a design and implementation strategy for improved accessibility and coordination of the data system on teachers and teaching in Kentucky that has been adopted by the Kentucky Department of Education.
