2000 – 2001
In 2000 and 2001 Steve advised a steering committee of temple members on a process for gathering information regarding areas of satisfaction and possible growth and change for the congregation. As part of that effort, Steve conducted a set of four demographically different focus groups composed of temple members, facilitated a set of large group discussions concerning the results of the focus groups, and prepared a report for the committee.
