Community Change and Citizen EngagementRKI works with people in organizations or community groups who want to become better at setting directions, engaging their fellow citizens in civic work, and making decisions together for the good of the community. In some cases, we work with groups from many sectors of the community that share a common interest in community improvement and see the benefits of working together on specific community change efforts. In addition, we work with groups and organizations to increase the number of people who see themselves as leaders and who take leadership responsibilities.
