Once a fairly polished draft of the report has been written, the entire original work team - plus any additional members who came on board as the research progressed - should come back together to review the report's contents, discuss the results, and talk about next steps, including the release of the report. The report writers should make any changes according to the work team's feedback and complete a final draft of the report.
