Work Group DevelopmentRKI assists with work group formation and development. We offer facilitation services and train members of work groups to facilitate their own work. In addition, we coach and lead strategic and long-range planning efforts. We pay particular attention to meeting design and meeting practice, encouraging and demonstrating ways to make meetings more productive, engaging, and enjoyable.
